Pupuk Indonesia's Tajumase TJSL Program Wins Multiple Awards at the "TJSL & CSR Award 2025"

Pupuk Indonesia’s Social and Environmental Responsibility Program (TJSL), Tani Maju Makmur Sejahtera (Tajumase) in Lembata Island, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT), Received Stakeholder Appreciation with Three Awards at the 2025 "TJSL & CSR Award" in Jakarta, Wednesday (June 25, 2025).
This program received the highest recognition—Platinum—in the Economic Pillar category, along with two Gold awards in the Social and Environmental Pillar categories. In addition, members of the Pupuk Indonesia holding company also swept various awards at the same event.
Director of HR and General Affairs of PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero), Tina T. Kemala Intan (In the middle of the picture), explained that Pupuk Indonesia Group shares a common commitment to progress alongside the community. Therefore, the presence of the company must be felt through its contributions to society, particularly through its TJSL programs.
She expressed her gratitude for the appreciation from stakeholders for the TJSL performance of the Pupuk Indonesia Group.
“For the Pupuk Indonesia Group, TJSL represents our gratitude for the community’s support of the company’s smooth operations. Thus, TJSL is not just an add-on but has become a strategic corporate program to ensure the sustainability of operations, particularly in the distribution of subsidized fertilizers to achieve national food self-sufficiency,” Tina emphasized.
Several Pupuk Indonesia subsidiaries also received awards at the event. Pupuk Kujang won three Gold awards (for the Social, Economic, and Environmental Pillars); Pupuk Kalimantan Timur earned two Platinum awards (Economic and Environmental Pillars) and two Gold Awards (Social Pillar and Legal & Governance Pillar).
Petrokimia Gresik also received three Gold awards (Social, Economic, and Environmental Pillars); Pupuk Iskandar Muda received one Platinum Award (Economic Pillar) and one Gold Award (Social Pillar); Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang earned one Platinum Award (Social Pillar) and two Gold Awards (Economic and Environmental Pillars); and Pupuk Indonesia Niaga received one Silver Award(Economic Pillar).
Tina explained that the number of awards is proof that Pupuk Indonesia and its subsidiaries share the same goal of implementing innovative TJSL programs that create sustainable positive impact. This goal is also deeply embedded within every individual at Pupuk Indonesia, from operational staff to top leadership.
As such, several individuals from Pupuk Indonesia Group were also recognized at the event. These include, SVP TJSL Pupuk Indonesia, Junianto Simare Mare, Vice President TJSL Pupuk Kalimantan Timur, Lendl Wibisana, Vice President TJSL Petrokimia Gresik, Kadek Ardhika WK, Vice President TJSL Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang, Alde Dyanrini. Each was awarded the title of Strong Commitment Senior Officer on Social, Economic, and Environment Program of TJSL & CSR.
Additionally, Lendl Wibisana was named Strong Commitment Senior Officer on All Program 4 Pillars of TJSL & CSR, while Acting President Director Yusuf Trudo H.D.M Nainggolan was awarded Strong Leadership on Environment Program of TJSL & CSR.
Tina further explained that the TJSL programs of Pupuk Indonesia are designed based on the actual needs of the targeted communities. The company does not merely engage in philanthropy, but strives to provide long-term, sustainable solutions.
“The TJSL programs of Pupuk Indonesia are formulated based on real problems encountered by communities. Thus, the presence of these programs serves as a solution and offers lasting benefits across various pillars—such as the Tajumase program implemented by Pupuk Indonesia in Lembata Island,” Tina concluded.
Meanwhile, the 2025 TJSL and CSR Award was organized by BUMN Track. A total of 85 State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) and BUMN subsidiaries participated in the event.
This initiative serves as a form of appreciation for BUMN and their subsidiaries that have implemented best practices aligned with the four SDG pillars: Social, Economic, Environmental, and Legal & Governance. The TJSL programs also contribute to added value creation through integrated business strategies, commonly known as CSV (Creating Shared Value).
